Born in St. Petersburg, Florida, April 18, 1983; admitted to bar, 2010 Florida.
Education: University of South Florida (B.S., 2006); University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D., 2010).

During his attendance at law school, Mr. Klingel was employed as an intern for the Gainesville City Attorney, State Attorney’s Office (Orlando), and State Attorney’s Office (Starke). Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Klingel was employed as an associate for Florida Foreclosure Attorney, P.L.L.C. Mr. Klingel became associated with Reynolds Stowell Parrino, P.A. (now Reynolds Parrino Spano, P.A.) in 2011.
Mr. Klingel is experienced in the following areas of litigation: motor vehicle liability; uninsured motorist claims; personal injury protection in both litigation and arbitrations; premise liability; construction litigation, and foreclosures.
